Thank you for your interest in renting the Centennial Community Center for your special event. Both the banquet hall and outdoor shelter are available for your convenience.
We have taken special care to provide you with the most desirable facility. Our prime objectives are to create a versatile facility that will have an attractive atmosphere and to offer this facility with our 35 years of experience.
We offer:
Security Deposit and Cancellation: Our policy requires a security deposit of $350.00 within 15 days upon receipt of the "Booking Deposit" form. The entire $350.00 will be applied to your final bill, unless damages to the hall have incurred. If you no longer desire this date, please inform us as soon as possible so the date may become available to others. If the date is canceled more than 6 months prior to the event, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. However, you will forfeit the entire deposit if the cancellation occurs 6 months or less from the date of the event.
Pre-Payment of the Event: Payment of an estimated cost of your event must be received at least 14 days prior to the event.
Final Invoice: After the event, you will be billed for any additional amount owed; minus the $350.00 security deposit (if no damage incurred) and minus the pre-payment that was paid 14 days prior to the event. **Please request to see the "Special Event-Buffet Style" handout; set up/clean up, hall rental, servers, tax when applicable, etc. Payment of the final invoice will be due 15 days upon receipt. If there is any overpayment, you will be reimbursed.

(Choice of two meats) Ham - Turkey - Chicken - Sirloin Beef Tips with mushrooms and onions - Roast Beef - Roasted Pork - Swedish Meatballs with rice or noodles and Swiss Steak
Stuffing and choice of potato: real mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, scalloped potatoes
Choice of vegetables: green beans - corn - mixed peas and carrots - mixed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.
Dinner Rolls, relishes and salads also included. Serving options are family style or buffet style.

If you no longer desire this date, please inform us as soon as possible so the date may become available to others. If the date is canceled more than 90 days prior to the event, the deposit will be refunded. However, you will forfeit $50.00 of the security deposit if the cancellation occurs 90 days or less from the date of the event.
If other services are requested, payment of an estimated cost must be received at least 14 days prior to the event. You will be billed for any additional amount, which will be due 15 days after receipt of the final bill. If there is an overpayment you will be reimbursed.
The shelter cannot be left open, so arrangements to obtain a key for the shelter and the shelter's restroom will be available. Carry-ins of food and alcoholic beverages are allowed. A refund of $25.00 will be given for general cleaning/pick up and returning of the tables and chairs to original area. Trash bags and dumpsters are available to rid of trash.

Kitchen and Bar Labor............................$12.00 per hour
Food............................................................Cost plus 15%
